Claudine and Patrick Serreau chose to settle in Ribeauvillé in 1992. Their aim is to offer a great quality dining experience in a relaxed and informal surrounding. Chef patrick's food focuses on seasonal simple fresh flavours cooked with influences of Alsacian cooking but with a modern touch.
